Coi Leray announces London date

21-year-old New Jersey rapper Coi Leray releases her EC2 (everythingcoZ 2) EP at all DSPs. This marks the artist’s first project under her newly minted deal with Republic.

These nine tracks highlight her punchy delivery, clever rhymes, and hard-hitting hooks. It kicks off with the bold and blunt banger “Huddy”—which has already clocked nearly 700K Spotify streams and is approaching 2 million video views. Elsewhere, “Big Bank Roll,” which she just released a video for, drops visceral verses like stacks, and she joins forces with multiplatinum superstar Trippie Redd on the aptly titled “Big Dawgs.” Everything culminates on the spacey and slick “Dope Vibes,” blasting off on the flames of a magnetic melody.

In support of EC2, Coi joins Trippie on his upcomingLife’s A Trip Tour this winter. It kicks off January 26 at Pop’s in Sauget, IL, rolls through major markets coast-to-coast, and concludes a month later on February 28 at Showbox in Seattle, WA. The full itinerary can be found below.

Coi Leray first shot to viral popularity with anthems such as “G.A.N.” and “Pac Girl,” cranking out countless plays online as her independent debut project “everythingcoZ” attracted a growing fan base. Her video for “Huddy” shot to notoriety approaching nearly 2 million views. Meanwhile, she shared bills with powerhouse artists such as Gucci Mane, Fetty Wap, J Critch, and more. Now, she’s about to tear the game up in 2019 with EC2.

Coi Leray headline London’s Camden Assembly, Wed 10 April 2019.
